1. Return Eligibility
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In their original packaging with all tags attached
- Free of perfume, deodorant marks, pet hair, or other signs of wear
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Undergarments and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
- Items that have been altered or customized
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at Valewood-LLC2026@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. Valewood LLC is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
6. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at Valewood-LLC2026@outlook.com. Exchanges are subject to availability.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at Valewood-LLC2026@outlook.com.
