Valewood LLC ships to addresses within the United States. Below you will find our shipping terms and estimated delivery timelines.
1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Methods and Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed during the checkout process. Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders — see checkout for current promotions.
3. Delivery Estimates
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Valewood LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
5. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been shipped. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping charges.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at Valewood-LLC2026@outlook.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
7. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. We ship exclusively to addresses within the United States.
